This is the first of the Apocalyptican Fairytales, New Zealand grimdark fantasy inspired by the bush, black metal and the world's slow decay down to its awful end.

Welcome Home is a trilogy following the path of Rygnir Wyndfallen, a young beast-child drawn through the world in the Midst of this world by a self-imposed doom.
​
Vast, undead cities crowding with stinking, wretched mockeries of life, and expanses of intolerable loneliness out where nature still holds vaunt; all things are pulled together by the thread of the ignorant beast-child's journey to nowhere.

The books are only available in physical paperback form, and currently only available to ship within NZ!
Please bear this in mind before putting any orders in! If you're outside NZ then postage is going to be absolutely atrocious - so, I'd rather spare you that grief for a book. I do apologise.

The cataclysmic ending of the Welcome Home trilogy. Rygnir's doom is realised and the those he met along the way enter upon the world-ending conflict that even nature cannot endure.

The manuscript is complete and the illustrations done: all that's left is the funds to publish! Keep an eye out for when it becomes available on the shop.
